My specs are good (5800X3D, 6800 XT, 32GB RAM), and I am getting about 150 fps on average, lowest being 120. My game literally micro-stutters every 2 seconds. This is the only game that micro-stutters for me as I already played Forza 5 and Battlefield V for hours, which are both smooth as butter.
