Jan 30, 2010 · gmandyontv. Hello all, I am a NAD user and using the same kit bought in 1982 being 3020 amp and 5120 turntable. The tuner and tape deck i bought at the same time have been gone for several years. My KEF Coda 3 speakers were replaced about 10 years ago for Monitor Audio Silver floor standing speakers. That me really, Hi Fi wise anyway.

My solution, were I in your shoes, would be to keep the 2245. Enjoy it as is while you look for a clean used Marantz Model 250 amp. When working correctly these beautiful little amps actually make a clean 185 Watts/channel - RMS.
