PTA-CPI/WEB Assessment. This is the assessment of learning for PTA/CPI WEB. It is based on the content contained in the training modules found on Liaison International. Prior to completing this assessment, you must review the entire training module CPI Training. To obtain your certificate, you will need to receive at least a 70% score. Your certification is good for 10 years regardless of your participation in the maintenance program. In order to maintain your certification, you must submit evidence of your continuing competence every three years. By June 30 of your certification's third, sixth, and ninth year, a specialist is required to submit the following: The Guide is the description of physical therapist practice for use by PT and PTA educators, students, and clinicians.
